SHIPPING DETAILS:

PROCESSING TIME
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Typically shipments are mailed within 1-3 days of purchase.

North America: 1-3 business days

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
GRV doesn't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

SIZING DETAILS
I provide accurate measurements with all of the items lying flat along with photos. With denim or any item you seem unsure about sizing with, I recommend comparing the measurements to a garment you already own. Vintage sizing always runs differently due to the age and wear of an item. I do not recommend going off of the tag sizing. Contact me with any questions you might have!

WHY DON'T YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
All of the items we have listed are well inspected and measured before they're put up for sale. Grace Rose Vintage does not accept returns for incorrect fit or failure to read descriptions. However, errors do happen and if you feel that the item was not as described, please contact the shop right away if you are unhappy with your item.
If you insist on returning an item, shipping will be at the buyer's expense. Any problems with an item must be submitted within 3 days of the item's delivery via USPS.

WHY DON'T YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Due to COVID-19, the USPS is experiencing delays in shipping times and processing customs. This policy is subject to change.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVED?
Grace Rose Vintage does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages. You will need to contact USPS for any lost or stolen packages.
